Return to Ireland - The Chimney sweeping boy pleads "guilty"

From the archives in Ennis, County Clare. As I was searching through the newspapers (starting in 1839) I came across this poem with no name on it. 

I noticed the newspapers in those days published poems, what looked like meetings from Parliament, no advertising, no pictures, deaths, births and marriages (from the gentry but not from the common people). I was looking for clues to our Maloneys.
